The Process

Consultation
We start with a free private consultation to understand your motivations, remove barriers, and set clear, measurable goals.

Training
Sessions are scheduled around your diary and delivered in your home, online, or as a blend of both.

8 week check-ins
Every eight weeks, we review progress, refine goals, and adjust your training as needed.

Ongoing support
You’ll receive a short outline after each session, so you can train independently with clarity and confidence.

About me

I’m Tessa, a personal trainer and women’s health coach working with women who lead full, demanding lives and want their health to be supported with the same intention they bring to everything else.

After years in a fast-paced career in advertising, I understand what it means to balance ambition, responsibility, and limited time — and how easily health can slip when life is busy. My work is shaped by this experience, and by a belief that training should be intelligent, purposeful, and supportive of real life.

My own movement background began with Pilates (which I still love), but in my late thirties I recognised the need for more — particularly when it comes to building strength, protecting bone health, and maintaining long-term resilience. That shift now underpins my approach: strength training as a foundation, complemented by considered guidance around nutrition, recovery, sleep, and stress.

I hold a Level 3 Personal Training qualification, alongside training in nutrition and pre- and postnatal coaching. My focus is simple: to help women build strength that supports them now and into the future, so their health becomes a source of confidence rather than another demand on their time.
