My personal training is designed for women at all stages of their fitness journey — from complete beginners to those returning after a break or looking to build strength and confidence. Sessions are always tailored to your body, goals, energy levels, and experience.
-
Most sessions take place in your home, which makes training convenient and time-efficient. If you prefer, we can also train outdoors in a nearby park or open space.
-
You don’t need a home gym to get started. Most clients begin with:
An exercise mat
Short loop resistance bands
Dumbbells
Yoga block
The equipment used will depend on your experience, goals, and what you already have. I’ll guide you on what (if anything) is worth investing in over time.
-

-
This depends on your goals, schedule, and recovery. Most clients train 1–2 times per week with me . We’ll find a rhythm that fits realistically into your life.

Sessions may include:

Functional movement
Mobility and flexibility work
Core and stability training
Everything is personalised — no generic workouts.
